Beginners Courses start on specific dates (see below) with new students attending for the first four weeks at the same time each week.
Basic standing and sitting poses are introduced with emphasis on understanding correct and healthy postural alignment and movement.
Demonstrations of commonly practiced poses and use of equipment are given. Once completing the first four weeks students are asked to attend Beginners Basics classes.
Spaces are limited, book or turn up early and take your chances. Bookings confirmed by payment.

Beginners Courses run for 4 weeks, same time each week, then students are asked to attend regular basic classes using the remainder 4 classes on the beginners course card.
